I got this recipe from my brother - it's his favorite meal.
1 package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts (2 or 3 breasts)
2 14 1/2 oz cans of chicken broth
Rinse chicken
In a casserole pot, boil chicken in broth (15 minutes)
Remove chicken from broth and cut in small pieces
Mix 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup flour separately, then stir into broth
Return chicken to pot
Make one recipe of Bisquick biscuits and cover broth/chicken mixture with the biscuits or use a package of ready-made biscuits.
Bake at 400 until biscuits are done.
Joe, when I buy a package in the store it's usually two whole chicken breasts (in other words the breasts of two chickens). You could make as much or as little as you want. I have a 2 1/2 liter Corning dish that is the perfect size. It needs to be a deep dish.
